Olivetti Award 2025: a recognition that makes us proud

We are delighted and deeply honored to have received, as part of the third edition of the Camillo and Adriano Olivetti Award for Innovative and Responsible Enterprise, a recognition that rewards not only what we do, but above all how we do it.

The award, presented on Friday, May 16, 2025, at the headquarters of Confindustria Canavese in Ivrea, is promoted by the Associazione Spille d’Oro Olivetti, with the support of the Olivetti Historical Archive. It celebrates companies that combine innovation, vision, and social responsibility in line with the Olivetti tradition.

For us, this recognition comes in a particularly meaningful year: we are celebrating our first 30 years of activity. Thirty years marked by curiosity, continuous improvement, and the desire to make a positive impact on work, people, and the local community.

The award acknowledges Netsurf’s commitment on several fronts:

Investment in innovation (between 10% and 12% of annual turnover), which has led to the filing of 4 Patent Boxes;
Gender equality certification, obtained in 2025;
A strong focus on employee well-being, through smart working, team-building initiatives, welcoming workspaces (even for our four-legged friends!), and 735 hours of training delivered in 2024 alone;
Environmental responsibility, with 100% renewable energy, energy-efficient equipment, and the symbolic planting of olive trees around our headquarters;
Deep community involvement, supporting cultural, sports, and social inclusion initiatives—such as STEM scholarships for local female students, the C.Next business incubator, and sponsorship of the Montalto Dora women’s volleyball team.

Receiving an award named after Camillo and Adriano Olivetti means a lot to us. It means feeling part of a legacy that views business as a driver of human and cultural growth. It means knowing that our commitment to people, sustainability, inclusion, and innovation is seen, valued, and shared.
